May 2010 – Border States Electric closes on the purchase of a land site in Lubbock, Texas that will soon be home to a new 30,000 square foot legacy branch. TEGRA led the site search and site due diligence on behalf of Border States Electric.
May 2010 – Delkor Systems, a leader in design and manufacture of automated packaging systems, engages The TEGRA Group to lead its consideration and implementation of facility strategy.
April 2010 – KMOJ Radio takes occupancy of completed office and broadcasting space in the Five Points redevelopment project at Penn Avenue and West Broadway in Minneapolis, MN. The TEGRA Group provided project advisory and management support including lease negotiation and oversight of architectural, construction, and financing services including a federal Empowerment Zone grant.
April 2010 – Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal "Best in Real Estate Award" names Open Arms of Minnesota's newly constructed 22,000sf office/kitchen facility as Office Redevelopment project of the year for 2009.
April 2010 – David Martin Agency, employee benefits specialists, engages TEGRA to assist in considering and negotiating solutions for its corporate headquarters offices in Edina, MN.
March 2010 – Target Field, the new home of the Minnesota Twins, opens on time and under budget. Dick Strassburg of The TEGRA Group served as Executive Project Manager for the project on behalf of the Twins organization.
February 2010 – Open Arms of Minnesota takes occupancy of newly constructed 22,000 square foot office/kitchen facility in Minneapolis, MN nearly one month ahead of schedule. The TEGRA Group serves as project manager with responsibility for overseeing architectural, construction, environmental remediation, and financing for the project.
January 2010 – Room & Board finalizes its commitment for a customer service and delivery facility in Elkridge, Maryland. The facility will serve customers in the Washington-Baltimore-Virginia market and support the new Room & Board store planned for Washington, D.C. The TEGRA Group assisted in the site search and negotiations.
January 2010 – Twin Cities in Motion, sponsor of a year-around slate of running events including the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon, engages The TEGRA Group to lead the market search for office and support facilities.
December 2009 – Surescripts, the nation’s largest electronic network for routing medical prescriptions, engages TEGRA to assist in market research and negotiating its Minnesota office facility.
November 2009 – KMOJ Radio will be the anchor tenant of the Five Points redevelopment underway in the West Broadway neighborhood of Minneapolis, MN. The Five Points complex is a key facet of this area’s commercial renaissance and is the result of a several-member public/private partnership. TEGRA is assisting in lease negotiations, empowerment zone grant application, design and buildout coordination on behalf of KMOJ.
November 2009 – Olson Clough & LeBlanc, the Minnetonka, MN based CPA firm, extends its lease at Minnetonka Executive Plaza. TEGRA negotiated the extended terms on behalf of Olson Clough & LeBlanc.
October 2009 – Children’s Hospital of Minnesota opens its newly constructed Emergency Department and Laboratory at its Minneapolis location. TEGRA is leading the project management for the new construction and renovation of Children’s facility on Chicago Avenue.
October 2009 – The musical and creative talent at Rumble and GoKart, currently located at the historic Wyman Partridge Building in Minneapolis, engage TEGRA to help plan and negotiate for expansion space.

September 2009 – The Minnesota Literacy Council engages The TEGRA Group to assist in facility planning efforts in anticipation of its upcoming lease expirations. Minnesota Literacy Council is a 37 year old non-profit dedicated to improving literacy across the state.
September 2009 – The engineering firm, Van Sickle Allen & Associates, completes revisions to the lease for its headquarters office in Plymouth, MN. TEGRA assisted Van Sickle Allen in negotiations.
August 2009 – Home furnishings retailer Room & Board leases a new 70,000 square foot facility in Torrance, CA to expand its southern California delivery and customer service operations. TEGRA assisted Room & Board in site search and negotiations.
August 2009 – Installation of the field turf is completed at Target Field, the new ballpark set to open in 2010 for the Minnesota Twins. TEGRA is leading project management efforts for design and construction of the ballpark on behalf of the Twins organization.
July 2009 – Minneapolis-based law firm, Kaplan Strangis & Kaplan, commits to an extension of its lease term on the top floor of the Wells Fargo Center. TEGRA assisted in the market comparison and negotiations for the extended term.
July 2009 – TEGRA engaged by Olson Clough & LeBlanc to assist in facility planning ahead of its upcoming lease expiration. Olson Clough & LeBlanc is a Minnetonka based CPA firm offering accounting, tax, and consulting services to businesses and individuals both large and small.
June 2009 – Room & Board closes on the purchase of the Taylor Motors Building in Washington D.C. The building, located at 14th and T, will be Room & Board's 11th retail location when it opens in the spring of 2010. TEGRA assisted Room & Board with market analysis and due diligence on the building.
June 2009 – The American Swedish Institute selected J.E. Dunn Company as its general contractor advisor for pre-construction services in the planning of A.S.I.'s campus expansion. TEGRA is acting as owner's representative for A.S.I. and advisor in the requests for proposal and selection of design, construction and engineering team members.
June 2009 – Open Arms of Minnesota breaks ground on the construction of its planned 22,000 square foot facility at 2500 Bloomington Avenue South, Minneapolis. The building, scheduled to open during Spring 2010, will serve as the organization's new home for providing nutritious, life-sustaining meals for clients suffering from life-threatening diseases such as HIV/AIDS, breast cancer, Lou Gehrig's disease, and multiple sclerosis. TEGRA serves as advisor and project manager, including engagement of architectural, construction, environmental remediation, and financing services.
May 2009 – Border States Electric closes on the sale of its Coon Rapids, MN facility. TEGRA and BSE engaged Paramount Real Estate Corporation to lead the marketing efforts for the disposition.
May 2009 – Room & Board opens its new home furnishings showroom in Atlanta, GA and its new customer delivery center in Roswell, GA. TEGRA assisted in due diligence for the facilities as well as the site search and negotiations for the delivery center.
May 2009 – Tecmark, Inc executes a lease for a new office headquarters in UBS Plaza in St. Paul, MN. TEGRA led the site search and negotiated the lease commitment on behalf of Tecmark.
April 2009 – Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal "Best in Real Estate Award" names the Capella Tower transaction, negotiated by TEGRA, as the office lease of the year for 2008.
April 2009 – Digi-Star, Fort Atkinson, WI-based developer and producer of specialized equipment for the agriculture industry, completes the purchase of a new headquarters, product design and manufacturing facility. TEGRA assisted in the planning and negotiation of the purchase.
March 2009 – Minneapolis’ largest office complex renamed Capella Tower. Capella University’s headquarters is the largest tenant in the property, housing more than 1,000 employees under a lease arrangement negotiated by TEGRA.

December 2008 – TEGRA completes project management assignment for Mulberrys Garment Care plant in Roseville, MN. The plant is one of the midwest’s first commercial garment cleaning facilities dedicated to the latest technologies in environmentally-friendly cleaning processes.
