Paul’s expertise spans both real estate and project leadership, with 20 plus years of experience. He assists clients with site searches, due diligence, acquisition, financing, architect/contractor selection and coordination, budget/schedule development and oversight, and vendor coordination. Prior to TEGRA, Paul was a VP at Wells Fargo as a lead commercial real estate lender. He holds a Masters in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
